When I’m not photographing weddings across Europe, I’m based by the sea on the west coast of Scotland in Ayrshire.
From here, I photograph weddings across Scotland, from elegant city celebrations in Glasgow and Edinburgh to destination weddings in the Scottish Highlands.
It’s a remarkable place to work. Castles, coastal estates, and countryside venues - all within reach. And each one a beautiful setting for a wedding story.

Q. Have you photographed at our venue before?
Perhaps — but it isn’t essential.
Understanding light, atmosphere and people is far more important than knowing a floor plan. I arrive prepared, I observe quickly, and I adapt instinctively to each environment.
Some of the most compelling images are created in spaces I’ve never seen before, and I enjoy the thrill of working in a new venue.

During portraits, I offer gentle direction — just enough to create beautifully composed images while keeping everything relaxed and natural. You won’t be asked to perform or hold uncomfortable poses.
The aim is for you to feel present in your day, not removed from it.
Q.Do you take family group photographs?
Yes.
We’ll agree on a list beforehand to keep things smooth and efficient.
My approach is organised but relaxed — allowing you to return quickly to your guests and enjoy the atmosphere of your day.
Your full gallery will be delivered within approximately 6–8 weeks.

I offer beautiful wedding albums designed in-house. These are not simply photo books — they are designed to become family heirlooms.
Your wedding photographs deserve to live beyond a screen. An album allows your story to be held, shared and revisited for generations — long after the day itself has passed.
For many couples, the album becomes the most meaningful way their story is preserved.
Q.Can we meet before booking?
Absolutely.
Choosing your wedding photographer in Ayrshire or anywhere in Scotland is about trust as much as imagery. We can meet locally, arrange a video consultation, or speak by phone.
It’s important you feel completely comfortable.
Q.How do we secure our date?
Once you decide to move forward, I’ll provide an agreement and booking details.
Your wedding date is secured upon receipt of the signed contract and booking fee. I don’t hold dates provisionally — ensuring fairness to all couples.
Q. Do you photograph destination weddings?
Yes.
While I’m based in Ayrshire, I photograph weddings throughout Scotland, across the UK and internationally.
If the connection is right, location simply becomes part of the story.
